Changes in China's MEG inventory structure in 2016

China's MEG inventory posted sharp decline in 2016 and the inventory structure changed as well. As MEG inventory structure changes, tank inventory in ports is no longer the dominated indicator that could monitor the cargo liquidity. More attentions rest on procurement from polyester plants.
